We only ship products that are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% THC. Shipping is unavailable for the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.. Orders placed from these locations will be canceled and refunded.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over $100
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Clara Jane is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll do our best to help facilitate claims if needed.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to regulatory restrictions on hemp-derived products.
