Returns & Exchanges
Terms
These Return and Exchange Terms (“Terms”) govern the return and exchange of products purchased from Clara Jane (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, the customer (“you” or “the Customer”) agrees to the conditions set forth below.
1. Return and Exchange Period
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period, without exception.
2. Conditions for Eligibility
In order for a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The Customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or digital order confirmation.
The item must not fall under a non-returnable category as outlined below.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way;
Faulty hardware can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Customer must be able to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or digital order confirmation.
Perishable or consumable items.
Products purchased on sale, clearance, or marked as final sale.
The Company reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if, in its sole discretion, the product does not meet the eligibility criteria listed above.
4. Return and Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, the Customer must either:
Visit the retail location in person at 📍 935 E Trinity Ln, Nashville, TN 37207); or
Contact the store directly via telephone at 📞 (615) 431-1687.
Email or online requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
5. Additional Terms
Clara Jane is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been removed from the premises. Refunds or exchanges, when approved, will be processed in accordance with the original method of payment, in-store credit, or gift card unless otherwise stated.
